911 Heroes Run

Show your appreciation and support of the men and women who serve our country and our communities. Make plans to take part in the 911 Heroes Run on Daniel Island on Sat. Sept. 9. Join the festivities under the huge American flag in front of the Daniel Island Fire Station on Seven Farms Dr. beginning at 8:30 am. Opening ceremonies will include a presentation of the flags by the Charleston Fire Department Honor Guard, bagpipe performances by the Charleston Police Pipes and Drums, the singing of the National Anthem and very powerful speeches by the event’s courageous guests of honor!
