One of Daniel Island’s busiest thoroughfares is home to one of the newest mixed-use developments at 877 Island Park Dr.
The nearly 20,000 square foot Class B development was built in 2021 and became available for lease that July. The two-story, mixed-use building offers a myriad of businesses including: Restore at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery, Ashton Woods/Starlight Homes, Chase Bank and CVS Pharmacy.
Restore at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery is a fully-equipped fitness center for both patients of Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery and the public.
When asked what the most important thing to know about their business, the business said: “In order to become a member of Restore at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery, all you have to do is purchase a gift card to Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery and a complimentary membership to Restore is included!”
When asked what they like about doing business on Daniel Island, the business said: “The Daniel Island community places great emphasis on their health and fitness, and we are happy to serve them as the only full-service fitness center on the Island.”
