A Daniel Island Chanukah Celebration

The 6th annual public celebration of the Jewish holiday of Chanukah on Daniel Island will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 4:30-5:30 pm at the entrance gate of the Family Circle Tennis Center. This event will provide education and awareness about Chanukah for adults and children of the community by hosting an enjoyable Chanukah celebration and a Menorah lighting ceremony (officiated by Rabbi Greg Kanter at 5:15 pm). In addition to traditional Chanukah food and beverages, guests will enjoy traditional Jewish games and live music by Black Tie Music Academy. The event is free and open to persons of all faiths.
