Synchronicity, of Mount Pleasant, is partnering with MUSC Health to raise money for the Lowcountry Food Bank by hosting a workout event at Volvo Car Stadium on Daniel Island on Sat., Feb. 15, from 9-11 am. The unique workout at will include bodyweight exercises, a run/walk, and climbing stadium stairs. All fitness levels welcome. Tickets are $25; each ticket supports 150 meals.
