The decor throughout invokes a contemporary style that contrasts nicely with neutral shades of blue, gray, beige, and white to create a relaxed vibe. This thoughtful design and attention to detail is on full display in Overture’s main lounge area, which is located just beyond the lobby and features multiple seating arrangements with a large coffee bar with flat-screen televisions on one end, and a dining area complete with a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen on the other end. A two-story wall of windows provides ample natural light, and the doors open onto the outdoor center courtyard that dazzles with a pool, bocce ball court, grills, a fire pit area, and a covered pavilion with a fireplace and tables where residents can enjoy the sunset over the marsh.
