South of Broadway Theatre Company offers Summer in New York audition information
“Summer in NYC” (SiNYC) is South of Broadway Theatre Company’s NYC summer performing arts camp where students reside at The Juilliard School and is entering its eleventh successful year.
The 2016 program dates are June 5 – July 2. Both three and four week options are available.

Scholarships are available. South of Broadway Theatre Company typically awards $10,000 to $15,000 to Lowcountry youth.
There are two ways to audition for 2016:
First, live audition required to qualify for scholarships and applicants must reside in South Carolina. Bring completed application and registration fee of $25.00 to the auditions: December 5, 12-1 pm; January 9, 1-2 pm; January 10, 1-2 pm; and February 9, 5-6 pm
Second, video audition may be submitted for older participants (19 and up) and non-South Carolina residents. Mail completed application and $25.00 registration fee to: South of Broadway Theatre Company, 1080 E. Montague Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405. Details on the New York Experience (SiNYC) is a performing arts summer camp in NYC where the participants reside at The Juilliard School, working with world class artists, teachers, casting directors and agents. Private lessons are alternated with a variety of group seminars, workshops, and activities. Included in the tuition price are tickets to performances on Broadway, at the New York Philharmonic, American Ballet Theatre, and Off-Broadway. For more information visit: SummerInNYC.org
