'A Summer Soiree' to offer cocktails, dinner and dancing at The Crow's Nest!
The Daniel Island Property Owners Association is bringing back a favorite event for the 21 and over crowd on Saturday, June 3.
To celebrate the start of the summer season, “A Summer Soiree” will be held at the community’s newest amenity, The Crow’s Nest at Edgefield Pool, from 7 to 10 p.m. The festivities will feature dinner, drinks and dancing. Guests are invited to enjoy music by the East Coast Party Band, featuring six dynamic vocalists, a well-versed horn section and a fantastic rhythm section - all while enjoying marsh views and award-winning cuisine catered by Hamby Catering. This event is for residents and their guests 21 years of age and over. Please go to www.dicommunity.org for complete information. Purchase tickets online at https://campscui.active.com/orgs/DanielIslandTownCenter#/selectSessions/....
This is an all adult ticketed event. You may purchase tickets online only. Tickets will not be sold at the POA office. Registration ends May 29 at 11:59 pm. No registrations will be accepted after this date, due to required notification of final headcount to the caterer by May 30. If you must cancel your registration, no refund will be given. You may, however, transfer your reservation to another resident. If you would like to do this, please email Dani Hermann at email@example.com for details.
When registering, each registration needs to be specific to the person using it (name, birth date, phone number, etc.) even if you are the one paying for the ticket. If registration is not correctly completed, you run the risk of being turned away at the gate.
Wristbands will be given at the gate at check-in beginning no earlier than 6:30 p.m. The POA will send an email to all attending on June 2 if the event needs to be cancelled due to severe weather conditions. This event is presented by Daniel Island Property Owners Association and the Daniel Island Community Fund. Should you have a problem with Internet Explorer when purchasing tickets, please try using Google Chrome before contacting the POA.
Due to this being a paid ticketed event, the Edgefield Pool and The Crow’s Nest will be closed at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 3 for all use and will reopen for use on Sunday, June 4 at 5 a.m. Scott Park Pool and Pierce Park Pool will remain open during these hours.
