Twenty-one homes sold on Daniel Island in February. The least expensive home sold was a condo at Daniel’s Landing which sold for $232,000. The most expensive home sold was in Daniel Island Park on Creek Back Street which closed at $4.8 million. Total sales for February was $26,962,940.
As of March 15, a total of 41 homes were for sale on Daniel Island. Of those, 33 were under contract and only eight properties were active.
According to the Carolina One Cawood Dinsmore Group team, Daniel Island continues to see strong interest from out-of-town buyers.
“New buyers are coming into the market from New York, New Jersey, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and the West Coast steadily. Prices continue to rise as inventory remains very low,” the team noted.
“We are also seeing a lot of multi-generational purchases. Parents are following their kids and grandkids or vice versa.”
