The total number of homes sold for the month of June was 29. Sales totaled $20,837,192. As of July 16, 2015, there were roughly 183 homes listed for sale on Daniel Island (including single family, condos and townhomes), 95 of them were active and 88 were under contract. A total of 45 homes were listed as new. One of those was previously listed within the past six months and is denoted below with **. There were 14 properties with price changes during the month.
