March 2016 Real Estate Report

During the month of March a total of 22 homes sold on Daniel Island. Sales totaled $15,222,460. There were 41 new homes that came on the market during March and six homes had price changes. As of April 14, 2016, there were 182 homes for sale, with 93 homes being active and 89 homes under contract.
