November Real Estate Report
After a slow start to fall, real estate sales began to rise again in October and were significantly higher in November compared to last year at this time. A total of 30 homes sold during the month of November. In both October and November, total value of homes sold was almost double what it was in September. November sales equaled $21,495,451. As of December 10, 2015, there were roughly 138 homes listed for sale on Daniel Island (including single family, condos and townhomes), 78 of them were active and 60 were under contract. A total of 39 homes were listed as new. Three of those have been listed within the last six months and are denoted below with an **. There were 12 homes with price changes during the month.
