Want to learn the best way to win county and government contracts? The South Carolina Small Business Development Center will present a workshop on the topic on Aug. 24, from 3 to 5 pm at the Lonnie Hamilton County Services Bldg, Human Services Training Room, 4045 Bridge View Drive, North Charleston. Speakers are Susan Hogan, program manager for the Charleston County Small Business Enterprise program; Darrell Williams, manager of the Charleston County Disadvantaged Enterprise program; and Michael Speakmon, procurement manager for the Materials Management Office for the State of S.C.
