Bracket Winners announced

The Carolina Tarheels topped Gonzaga for the national championship Monday night! The final was a match-up between the two top seeds, with Carolina coming out the winner, 71-65.

Congratulations to our local contest winners, listed below.

Round five winners were: First place - Gary Wellborn; second place - Brooke Chakides; third place, John Guancione.

Round six winners were: First place - Robert VanNewkirk; second place - Garrick Newell; third place - Thomas Moyer.

The 64-team bracket winner is: John Guancione.

The 16-team bracket winner is: Kelly Steyer.

And the 4-team bracket winner also is Kelly Steyer.
