Tim Dempsey beats Colby Hollifield, wins $50 worth of ferry rides
Tim Dempsey, a retired business executive who has published two books (that can be found on Amazon), is this week’s winner of the Pigskin Pick’em Football Contest. He beat Colby Hollifield of Daniel Island Ferry by 2 points.
Tim and his wife of 42 years have two children who live nearby and two grandchildren — one who attends the Daniel Island Academy and one who attends Daniel Island School. Tim is currently in the running for a seat on the board of the Daniel Island Community Association.
“I play because I enjoy the challenge and it makes football more interesting,” wrote Tim over email.
