Tim Dempsey’s 11-1 record was enough to top Nancy Crick with Carolina One’s 9-3 showing. He was not the only one to go 11-1, but pulled off the win in the tiebreaker.
Dempsey is a retired executive and writer and just finished his second novel.
“I play for the challenge and the fun of it,” he said about the Pigskin Pick’em Challenge.
