World Affairs Council, Feb. 28 at 5:15 pm at Buyer Auditorium in Mark Clark Hall at The Citadel. Speaking on the topic of “Vladimir Putin’s Russia” will be Dr. Stephen Crowley, Visiting Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute in Washington. Dr. Crowley will discuss the key issues facing Russia and Putin today, as well as the parameters of U.S. relations with Russia, both now and in the future. Dr. Crowley is also Professor and Chair of Russian and East European Studies at Oberlin College and author of numerous publications.
