DIBA members network at monthly Block Party

The music of violinist Seth G flowed throughout the spacious two-story office building at 900 Island Park Drive at the August Daniel Island Business Association block party.
Located at the corner of Island Park and River Landing drives, the building’s lobby was the hot spot as dozens of members and guests gathered to “work the room” during the monthly networking event.
The 41,360-square-foot office building is home to multiple Daniel Island businesses and was purchased in 2020 by Charleston Industrial and a group of local investors.
It opened in 2000 and is one of the earliest buildings constructed on Daniel Island. The rear parking lot holds 183 spaces.
The event was sponsored by 900 Island Park Drive and co-sponsors included Charleston Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Centers, Metronome Charleston, Whiting-Turner, and HCA Healthcare.
The monthly networking event is open to all Daniel Island residents, DIBA members and DIBA guests. The next event is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 28, at Daniel Island Real Estate. Registration is required, danislandbusiness.com/events.
