If you make your way toward the Daniel Island Marina and Boat Club, you’ll likely drive past one of Clements Ferry’s busiest office buildings: 672 Marina Drive.

Happy Hearts Therapy is pediatric occupational therapy that provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy to children with developmental diagnoses and delays. Owner Lindsay Kale works individually with families and said she focuses on quality versus quantity when addressing a child’s specific needs.

South Carolina Matchmakers provides personalized matchmaking services and dating and relationship coaching to help singles find meaningful, long-term relationships. With its partnering marketing team, Affluent Charleston Singles, Jennifer Hayes said they use each client’s unique preferences to create successful matches.

Harbourtowne Real Estate offers high-quality, professional real estate services, according to owner and broker-in-charge Fudgy Brabham. Founded in 1978, Brabham said the business has various agents and programs to serve every client’s needs.
 
“Being a native Charlestonian, I enjoy working with the people of our community as well as newcomers,” he said. “From the number of agents to (our) beautiful new office on the water in Daniel Island Marina, the growth has just been unbelievable.”
 
Viva Law Firm assists retailers with alcohol licensing, clients with state and local tax disputes, and also has a focus on family law negotiations. Lauren Acquaviva, the firm’s founder and managing attorney, said the goal of the practice is to help busy people amicably end bad relationships so they can live their best life.

S4 Systems is a female-owned small business that specializes in delivering integrated logistics and acquisition support services to the U.S. Navy and Department of Defense.
 
With a focus on systems engineering for shipbuilding, business development manager Lesa Napolitan said, “Our mission is to empower the military and support warfighters with precision logistics solutions.
