The Daniel Island News recently profiled the businesses and companies residing at 295 Seven Farms Drive – and we missed a firm that last year made the building its new home. 

Daniel Island Wealth Management is locally owned by Nick and Hoce Kalkas and provides boutique, high-end financial expertise for families and individuals in the Daniel Island and greater Charleston area. 

"After living in multiple states and countries through the military, Hoce and I scoured the country looking for the best place to raise a family and grow a business – and found it on Daniel Island," said Nick Kalkas, who also volunteers as the Daniel Island Neighborhood Association president. 

Daniel Island Wealth Management has staff with training and experience from JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Harvard University, the University of Chicago, and others, and they specialize in retirement planning, tax and estate planning, wealth management, and investment advice.
