City of Charleston TRC meeting: June 10

New construction site plan for Point Hope commercial retail space at 112 Renaissance Lane, Cainhoy. This is a .41 acres site. Owner is Renaissance Lane, LLC. Applicant is Charleston Landmark Buildings LLC. Contact Rich Behringer, rich@charlestonlandmarkbuilders.com.

 

City of Charleston TRC meeting: June 17

Site plan for a dental office on pad-ready site for Coastal Kids Dental in Point Hope at 122 Renaissance Drive, Cainhoy. This is a .531 acre site. The owner is Coastal Kids Dental. The applicant is Earthsource Engineering. Contact Vince Sottile, sottilev@earthsourceeng.com.

City of Charleston Technical Review Committee Meeting – June 3

 

• The site plan for a residential amenity on Northern Parcel FF, 1.9 acres at 941 Fish Camp Road, Daniel Island was reviewed and the applicant was advised to revise and resubmit. The land is owned by the Daniel Island Company. The applicant is Thomas & Hutton Engineering. Contact: Bryce Lemon, lemon.b@tandh.com. 

 

• Review of preliminary plat and road construction for 46.9 acres, 96 lot single family residential subdivision at Hopewell Drive, Cainhoy was reviewed and the applicant was advised to revise and resubmit. This is a major subdivision review of the Cainhoy First Light Phase 2 subdivision plan and road construction. The owner is Cainhoy Lumber and Timber, LLC. REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS

 

• Berkeley County Council conducts its regularly scheduled meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Berkeley County Administration Building, 1003 Highway 52, Moncks Corner.

 

• Berkeley County Board of Education meetings are held twice each month. The second meeting of each month includes special recognitions of students, employees and community members. Executive Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. Public meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

 

• Charleston City Council conducts its meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 5 p.m.
