• Where is Scrooge on this list? Yikes! There are several to choose from but Baby Boomers should remember the Alastair Sim (1951) and Mr. Magoo (1962) versions. These days, I enjoy the George C.Scott (1984) version.
• White Christmas!!
• The Family Stone
• The Grinch
• Miracle on 34th Street
• Roasting marshmallows in our wood-burning fireplace ~ Thanks, Dad!
• Our family watches five old black and white Christmas movies (Christmas in Connecticut, White Christmas, It happened on Fifth Avenue, It’s a Wonderful Life and Holiday Inn) every single December in Christmas pjs and bowls of popcorn!
• Making gingerbread houses with my mom and kids
• Kicking off the holiday season by watching The Family Stone every Thanksgiving night!
