New agents join Carolina One’s DI office, local bug spray biz to exhibit at PGA Show

Several new agents recently joined Caroline One’s Daniel Island real estate office.
 
Monica Miles Moore is a native of Hartsville, South Carolina, and a graduate of Charleston Southern University with a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Moore had a lengthy teaching career in both public and private schools in Dorchester County District II, Georgetown County, Pawleys Island Christian Academy and Williamsburg Academy.

Born in Anderson, South Carolina, Jason “Brent” Morris is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has maintained a Realtor’s license since 2020. Morris’ sales and management career spans more than 20 years and includes managing multimillion dollar sales portfolios for several world class brands including Under Armour, the Dallas Cowboys and Apparel Manufacturer Gildan. Prior to joining the Daniel Island office, Morris worked in Birmingham, Alabama, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, in Houston, Texas.

Madison Reed is the product of a successful real estate family of land developers, investors, builders, and real estate brokers. Born in Rhoda, Spain, Reed graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and honed her personal real estate skills with Reynolds at Lake Oconee, Georgia. Dually licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, Reed currently works out of the Daniel Island office of Carolina One and is a member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club, the Charleston Preservation Society, the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the Dewees Island Conservancy and the Daniel Island Historical Society.

Sally Thornber brings her 30-year real estate career in California’s East Bay area to the Daniel Island Carolina One office. The founder of LURE Fine Real Estate, Thornber spent decades managing the marketing and sales of distinctive high-end real estate properties. Prior to being in real estate, Thornber was in senior management for the Hewlett Packard Co. where she was a controller of the $250 million Microwave Semiconductor Division and had responsibility for all aspects of accounting and finance, information technology and government compliance. 
 
Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Thornber graduated from Penn State University and is the founder of Sally’s Angels, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting local charities and nonprofits. The mother of two children, Thornber enjoys the beach, outdoor activities, volunteering with her church and participating in community service. Mission Essentials to exhibit at 2024 PGA Show
Daniel Island-based mission essentials, LLC will exhibit at the 2024 PGA Show, Jan. 23-26 in Orlando, Florida, where it will introduce its EPA-registered bug spray, “Fight Back 2.”
 
“Fight Back 2 not only keeps pests at bay but also aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability,” said Steve Salomon, CEO of mission essentials. 
 
Salomon explained that their bug spray is designed to redefine the outdoor experience for golfers and enthusiasts by offering a solution he says is effective, safe, and environmentally conscious.
