At the intersection of one of Daniel Island’s busiest thoroughfare lies the center of attraction that is 225 Seven Farms Drive.
Built in 2005, the mixed-use building is four stories tall and approximately 91,000 square feet. It is home to more than 20 businesses, including The Daniel Island News, as well as private residences. Parkland USA is a division of a Calgary-based publicly traded company with 3,000 employees throughout the United States that buys, delivers and sells fuel products to commercial customers and owns and operates 212 convenience stores.
