Momentum Marketing leaves 225 Seven Farms to open office in new DI building

In late March, full-service advertising, public relations, event management, and event planning firm Momentum Marketing moved from their first-floor suite at 225 Seven Farms Drive to second-floor space in the recently-completed 125 River Landing Drive commercial building. Sideline Sports moves from upstairs to downstairs 225 Seven Farms Drive

Sideline Sports, a sports marketing company that creates products to keep fans engaged and raise the entertainment value of their experience, has vacated its previous home in suite 204 of 225 Seven Farms Drive to move into the same building’s suite 108B, formerly occupied by Momentum Marketing. The creators of Sports Bingo work with the MBL, NBA, NFL, and NHL, as well as NCAA athletics and renowned racetracks. Sideline Sports recently issued a major upgrade to its digital version of Sports Bingo, which is played by fans around the nation on their Smartphones, and the outfit has sold over 2.3 million Sports Bingo game cards since inception. Boom Advertising opens new office at 260 Seven Farms Drive

After just eight months in suite 204 of 225 Seven Farms Drive, a space it shared with client Sideline Sports, Boom Advertising has moved into suite G at 260 Seven Farms Drive. Fritz Meyer of Meyer Kapp & Associates brokered the deal. Boom’s new location, which features two private offices, an open “bullpen” area for creative meetings, and a side “paste-up room” for presentations and storyboards, has already been outfitted in its signature orange and earth-tone palette and ship-lap style wood walls. The advertising, marketing, and public relations firm is settled in, seeking another graphic designer, and looking to celebrate two decades in business and one decade in Charleston next year. Millenium Private Wealth merges wealth services groups at 225 Seven Farms Drive

The Burton-Meyer Group and The Rouse-Harper Group have left UBS Financial Services and merged together to form Millennium Private Wealth on Daniel Island. The four principals include Steve Meyer, Jeff Burton, Bill Rouse, and Jessica Harper along with Frank Dirks, Joelle Carpenter, Teresa Mello, and Catherine Meyer. MPW brings over 150 years of experience in the wealth management industry. The firm was officially licensed on March 24, and is affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. Millennium will be located at 225 Seven Farms Drive and is in suite 204 temporarily while their permanent location, suite 400, is undergoing construction. The new fourth floor Millenium office is scheduled to be ready for a June move-in.
