Carolina One’s Daniel Island staff expands by 5

Carolina One Real Estate’s Daniel Island office expanded with the addition of five new sales and marketing associates.
 
Marianne Hassell, born in Germany, retired from the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant and then worked as a medical biller and coder and a massage therapist. A mother of three grown sons, Hassell lives on Daniel Island and loves biking, arts and crafts and all genres of music. 
 
A native of Florence, South Carolina, Ashley Hipp is a Clemson graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She also holds a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina and worked as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. Married and the mother of two young children, Hipp enjoys running, walking and the scenery of the Charleston Lowcountry. 
 
James “Jimmy” Masalin, a Clemson graduate with a degree in communications, worked as a sales manager for a beverage company in his home state of North Carolina. In his free time, Masalin volunteers with the Young Life program at Daniel Island School. 
 
Ginger Neuhoff Redican earned a degree from New York University and worked in sales and marketing for Ralph Lauren prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in Rye. She was active teaching at her church. Redican and her husband have three children, live on Daniel Island and the family enjoys traveling, music and sports. 
 
A native of Mount Pleasant, Peter Michael Newitt is currently enrolled at the College of Charleston in downtown Charleston. A lover of dance, Newitt is a dance instructor at Peace, Love, Hip-Hop and is the head of waste management for Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka. When not studying, teaching dance, or managing waste, Newitt enjoys boating, fishing, reading and dancing.
