If you’re looking for a building that combines good eats, physical wellness, and a clothing boutique, 194 Seven Farms Drive may have it all.
Located in Daniel Island’s Town Center, this mixed-use building adds to the island’s vibrant retail, office, and commercial district. Here are its tenants:
Wasabi
Wasabi serves Japanese cuisine and calls itself “exquisitely balanced between the traditional Japanese cooking techniques and our own modern touch,” according to the restaurant’s website.
From sushi to hibachi to its Thai curry dishes, the menu boasts a range of Asian fusion along with contemporary plates.
With live music on the weekends and steps away from Credit One Stadium, Wasabi is a Daniel Island hotspot for food. Longtime server Sarah Green said the customers are what keeps the restaurant thriving.
“I think the people are what makes a restaurant successful in a small community like this one,” Green said. “You get to know your customers. You develop a relationship with them, and they become your friends.”
Sanctuary Blue
Sanctuary Blue is a chiropractic practice with a holistic approach. Focusing on the pain source, owner and licensed practitioner Dr. Rachel Wurdemann facilitates nervous system healing to go beyond traditional neck and back pain relief.
Combining neurological chiropractic, hands-on cranio-sacral, and bio-energetic healing techniques, Wurdemann loves working with clients looking for holistic health services to optimize quality of life.
“It’s an honor to be a resource for natural lifestyle changes and long lasting transformation!” Wurdemann said. “The Daniel Island community is so conducive to a healthy lifestyle and many of my clients love going for a walk around Guggenheim pond or down by the Waterfront after a session. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!”
Paisley of Daniel Island
Paisley is a local women’s boutique specializing in clothing, accessories, and handcrafted gifts made in the Lowcountry. Located on the island for over 10 years now, the small business carries a variety of brands to keep customers in style.
“We carry 20 locally-made artists’ items, from bath products, candle lines, and jewelry,” owner Lori Nadelstumph said. “We make perfect gift items so you don’t have to leave the island. Our customers are our family. Stop by and see us!”
JLV Creative Design Group
JLV Creative Design Group is a luxury, full-service interior design firm and showroom.
Working with clients from their initial plan and budget, JLV chooses construction finishes, and documents everything from furnishing to decor.
Studio Director Allison Sizemore believes in creating homes that inspire, amuse, and offer refuge.
“Many of the clients we work with are building new homes on Daniel Island, so being here allows our team to be nearby to easily check progress at a site,” Sizemore said. “Being on the island also means running into our clients when we pop out for lunch, which we love!”
