Built in 2007, 1951 Clements Ferry Road predates much of the corridor’s recent commercial boom. Today, the building is home to a cluster of healthcare providers, from dental and eye care to orthopedics.
Everything Dental brings both everyday and advanced dental care to Clements Ferry Road, with Dr. Lawrence Fischer offering everything from cleanings and Invisalign to implants, oral surgery, sedation dentistry, and Botox for TMJ-related concerns. The practice uses technology including 3D imaging and printing and even has a four-legged team member, Finn, who helps put nervous patients at ease.

Founded in 1975, Lowcountry Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine has grown into one of the area’s longest-standing physician-owned orthopedic practices.
