Look Who’s Here: 260 Seven Farms Drive

Tucked away on one of Daniel Island’s most prominent roads is 260 Seven Farms Drive.

Home to five diverse businesses, the part-retail, part-residential building was built in 2005, and its tenants include the following:

The Cove Charleston is a women’s boutique selling high-end clothing, accessories, and jewelry. “This store is here to help women find pieces that they love and feel good in,” owner Britt Schmidt said.

Schmidt, who has been in the fashion industry for over 15 years, said the store is a “sanctuary of understated elegance, a celebration of femininity, and an oasis of airy simplicity.”

She added, “My favorite thing about doing business on Daniel Island is meeting women from all different walks of life. It’s so fun helping them build a wardrobe they are confident in that will stand the test of time.”

A Closet Case is a family-owned closet organization company specializing in custom storage solutions for residential and commercial customers. For over 20 years, they’ve partnered with homeowners and local builders to design and install custom closets, pantries, home offices, laundry rooms, garages, and more.

Tanya Murphy, who co-owns the business with her husband Dave, has lived on the island for 17 years. “I love working with the people on Daniel Island because I see them all around when I’m out and about, so it’s just nice to serve the community I live and work in,” she said.

Stallings Studio Interior Design is a full-service interior design studio that offers everything from renovations and new construction to furniture and spatial planning. The women-owned business is passionate about helping clients create functional, beautiful spaces they will enjoy for years to come, said owner Emily Stallings.

“With our office and several of our clients being on Daniel Island, we truly feel and see the impact that our work has on our community,” Stallings said. “It feels good coming to work knowing we are helping transform our neighbors’ homes.”

For nearly 35 years, Elizabeth Bartlet, CPA, has provided year-round accounting services to individuals and businesses in the Lowcountry. From tax planning to bookkeeping, the boutique firm prides itself on cultivating long-lasting relationships with each client.

“We put people first,” Bartlett said. “Our team is dedicated to guiding clients through complicated processes and putting their minds at ease while fostering financial growth and success along the way. We enjoy the centrality and sense of community Daniel Island brings to our growing firm.”

Marisa Nava, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults undergoing challenges, including divorce, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral problems. She also assists parents undergoing separation or divorce to work together in the best interest of their children.

“I feel very lucky to have lived and worked on Daniel Island for over 15 years and to be able to help people in the community,” Nava said.
