BREATHE PILATES is a reformer pilates group that offers classes and private sessions. The business is women-owned by a mother of four girls.

“Correctly balanced hormones can have such an impact on so many different aspects of our lives,” office manager Karen Meadows said. “Dr. (Susan) Wilson is passionate about focusing on the myriad of ways to go about bringing that perfect balance to her patients. She has dedicated herself to ‘all things hormonal’ for 30 years. She is the doctor other doctors refer their patients to, as well as themselves.”
Meadows added that Wilson and her family first moved to Daniel Island in 2001 and she loves the close-knit community and is proud to call Daniel Island her home.

“My practice is very small and customer service oriented,” owner Terra Futch said. “I work without a paralegal and handle all aspects of the closing myself. This allows me to be more accessible and flexible with scheduling clients who may not be able to close during a normal workday.”
