In a recent letter to the editor, (bit.ly/4tRCxCq) a Daniel Island News reader asked why, after more than 20 years of Daniel Island residents paying taxes that support regional transportation through the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority, doesn’t the island and surrounding area have public transportation options?
Do you think CARTA should offer service – at least on a test basis – to Daniel Island and Clements Ferry Corridor? If CARTA service was offered, how would you use it?
