Where in the area is Caley Smith?

Today I found myself in a quiet space with people coming and going. Children were checking out books, literally, to take home and read with their siblings and parents.

 

Any idea where I might be? This should be an easy one.

 

In addition to an array of books, this place offers use of computers and hosts free events and happenings for community members, such as cooking classes, teaching and learning seminars, one-on-one tech help, knitting classes, arts and crafts classes, and so much more.
