August 2015 Real Estate report

During the month of August, 31 homes sold on Daniel Island. With total sales of $17,843,791, August proved to be typical for that time of year. As of September 17, 2015, there were roughly 162 homes listed for sale on Daniel Island (including single family, condos and townhomes), 91 of them were active and 71 were under contract. A total of 25 homes were listed as new.  There were 18 homes with price changes during the month.
