In August, 25 homes sold on Daniel Island. As of Sept. 12, there were 98 homes listed for sale. Of those, there were 67 active listings, and 31 listings were under contract.
The total sales for the month were $45,617,00. The most expensive home sold was on Lesesne Street in the Parkside neighborhood. It sold for just under $6 million.
The least expensive home sold was a condo at Daniel’s Landing, which sold for $338,00.
According to Renee Reinert with The Cassina Group, local trends are showing that it’s more of a buyer’s market.
“For now, the real estate housing market continues to be more of a buyer’s market and prices continue to adjust accordingly. Buyers continue to be more cautious and more particular than we have seen in the recent past,” Reinert said.
