Twelve homes sold on Daniel Island in February. As of March 8, there were 81 homes listed for sale. Thirty-two were active listings and 49 listings were under contract.
The most expensive home sold in February was in Daniel Island Park on Lesesne Street for $2.7 million. The least expensive home sold was a condo in Daniel’s Landing for $295,000.
According to Renee Reinert Pote with Iron Gate Realty, the inventory has continued to increase slowly after a sluggish December. “We had a 50% pick up in closed properties in January compared to December.”
Pote noticed that in February, 50% of the homes sold were $1 million or more “Prices have adjusted and it seems the lack of inventory keeps the homes selling at a fast pace.”
