February 2016 Real Estate Report

In February, 17 homes sold. The slow start to the year continues. Sales totaled $12,300,777, with several homes selling for over a million dollars. There were 40 new homes that came on the market during February. And only 3 homes had price changes during the month. As of March 14, 2016, there were 169 homes for sale. Eighty-six were active and 83 were under contract.
