January 2020 Real Estate Report
Twenty-two homes sold on Daniel Island in January. The total volume sold in January was $15,414,201.
The most expensive home to sell was on Ralston Creek Street in DI Park. It sold for more than $1.3 million. The least expensive home to sell was a condo on Bucksley Lane that sold for $165,000.
Overall, sales were up compared to last year.
As of February 11, 2020, there were 145 homes for sale, with 81 being active and 64 under contract or pending.
According to Renee Reinert Pote with Iron Gate Realty, real estate on Daniel Island continues to show signs of strengthening during the spring months.
“Homes that were on the market for a while are now moving and we are noticing an increase in sales. The market looks healthy and seems to be strong. This is a good time to sell your home,” she said.
