In October, 22 homes sold on Daniel Island. As of Nov. 11, there were 83 homes listed for sale. Of those, there were 33 active listings, and 50 listings were under contract. The total sales for the month were $40,804,500. The most expensive home sold was on Smythe Street. It sold for $4.45 million. The least expensive home sold was a one-bedroom condo on Bucksley Lane, which sold for $342,500.
“An interesting fact about October 2024 sales and October 2023 sales is that there were 13 properties below $1 million in October 2023 and only four properties below $1 million in October 2024,” Renee Reinert with The Cassina Group said.
She also noted that while inventory remains low on the island, there has been a slight increase in the number of showings.
“We are also seeing the homes that have been sitting on the market are now starting to show some movement,” Reinert said.
