Island House Real Estate adds new agent
Holly Buceti, a licensed agent for 15 years, has joined Island House Real Estate as a Realtor.
“Holly and I worked together for several years in the past and I am so optimistic about our future and what we can accomplish working together again!” said Tricia Peterson, owner of Island House Real Estate. “She is the perfect fit for Island House, she is successful because she’s a hard worker, honest and goes above what’s expected to make sure that her clients are taken care of.”
Originally from North Carolina, Buceti attended Clemson University where she received her RN-BSN in nursing. She took a job in Charleston, where she met her husband, a Citadel grad. The couple enjoy living in the Lowcountry with their three teenage children.
Buceti originally became a licensed agent in order to invest in the Charleston market. “I always see a home as an investment, first and foremost,” she said. “I want my clients to make wise financial decisions.”
Together with her husband, Buceti owns several investment properties throughout the Charleston area. She prides herself in being an agent who not only finds her client a home but helps them in real estate investments as well.
Buceti has consistently been a top producer since obtaining her license and is always looking for ways to better assist her clients. “I consider myself a full service agent. Always going above and beyond for my clients,” she said.
When not working, Buceti enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is active in her church and has served in the youth group and women’s ministries. Her family loves to travel. She said, “We are always looking for our next destination, but I must say we are always delighted to return home — there is no place like home if you live in Charleston!”
